Welcome to the Building Research Capacity Related to Quebec's English Speaking Seniors project website. This community based, participatory action research project is led by the Quebec Community Groups Network (QCGN) in collaboration with the Quebec English Speaking Communities Research Network (QUESCREN) which is housed in the School of Extended Learning at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. This project was funded by the Government of Quebec through the Soutien aux initiatives visant le respect des aînés (SIRA) program.

- ABOUT our QCGN-led project on English-speaking seniors in Quebec.This includes the objectives, research priorities and methodology for the project, a brief snapshot of English-speaking seniors, and our contact information.
- WHO WE ARE Read the biographies to learn more about our research team, including our steering committee and the ten researchers -- themselves English-speaking seniors -- who carried out the survey component for this project in their own regions.
- RESEARCH This is where you can access all the findings from our research project. You can download our full project report entitled Moving Forward: Building Research Capacity Related to Quebec's English-speaking Seniors. Because the report is quite long, you can also explore different components of the evidence base we have collected. An executive summary of our findings, as well as information about the literature review, the statistical profile and our survey findings are all available individually, each with separate downloadable material.
